About Cindy Wingo

Cindy Wingo Hemenway, ABR, is an independent real estate professional representing homeowners and buyers throughout the Houston area. She specializes in Houston's inner city neighborhoods located inside and around Loop 610. Specialty neighborhoods include Downtown, Midtown, Montrose, Upper Kirby, The Heights, Timbergrove, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest and Shepherd Park Plaza. Other focus areas include Bellaire, The Galleria & Memorial. Cindy also represents many Buyers moving closer to town from suburban areas.

Cindy knows the importance of staying informed on the changing real estate industry and spends a great deal of time with continuing education classes offered by Houston Association of Realtors. Her designations include ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and QSC® (Quality Service Certified).

Cindy has been selling residential real estate since 1998 and in January of 2004, she opened her own firm, Cindy Wingo Realtors, Inc. located in the Gardens Oaks area. Prior to entering the residential arena, she spent 15 years managing and leasing commercial property. Through her extensive background in real estate, Cindy has developed a practical business sense that enables her to assist clients with confidence and efficiency. She knows that buying or selling is an important decision and the process can be frustrating. Her goal is to make each transaction enjoyable and personable for all parties involved.
